£999 + VAT, one-off
Every hour we put in goes into getting your account right. The fee is fixed and agreed up front, so there are no surprises.
50,000 assets or more
Included no setup fee
Bringing 50,000 assets or more? Then the setup is on us, with 30 days of dedicated support included. For smaller estates, a one-off fee covers our team's time. We think that's fair, and our finance director agrees.
Prices exclude VAT and may change. Setup fees are separate from your Mobtag subscription. Asset counts are based on the number of active assets at go-live.
No. Plenty of teams set Mobtag up themselves using our guides and bulk import. The setup service is for teams who want it done right first time, or who don't have the time in-house.
We'll agree a timeline before we start. Larger or multi-site estates are planned in phases.
Anything you track with its own record in Mobtag: tools, lifting gear, instruments, appliances, hoses, plant or stock locations. If you're unsure where you sit against the 50,000 threshold, we'll count it with you.
Yes. We import from spreadsheets and most systems that export CSV, including certificates and inspection history where it's available.
